DE-switching the Brain to EMFs with Dr. Manfred Doepp

As you might know, I am an active advocate of neuroscience as a tool for understanding the human condition and its application as an efficient aid to spiritual practice and development. (Refer to our following pages: The Science Connection and Neuroscience Frontiers.)  It was, therefore, just delightful when I was introduced to “DE-switching” techniques by a Facebook friend’s blog.

I had earlier posted a related blog on Facebook about the dangers of EMF (electromagnetic field) emissions, particularly the intense EMF pollution which now permeates our environment due to the proliferation of wireless telecommunications. The adverse effects of EMF pollution on the human organism are alarming, as pointed out by researchers:

Exposure to cell phone towers alters brain function in alarming ways, causing a lack of concentration, irritability, difficulty sleeping and lack of appetite. That’s the conclusion of a new study just published by the British Medical Journal.

. . . electromagnetic hypersensitivity is a genuine phenomenon. People are not “inventing” side effects or symptoms.

. . . current government guidelines on cell phone towers are inadequate to protect the public. Revising such guidelines could have drastic implications for the nationwide telecommunications infrastructure.

. . . people who live fewer than 500 meters from cell phone towers appear to be especially at risk of electromagnetic interference with brain function. Because electropollution strength is determined by the inverse square of the distance, a person who moves twice as close to a cell tower experiences four times the radiation.

Dr. Manfred Doepp

A German doctor of nuclear medicine, Dr. Manfred Doepp, has been speaking out against the harmful and damaging effects of EMF pollution on the human brain and consciousness. In particular, he warns about how the intellectual functions of the brain’s neocortex are being impaired by EMFs; and how the limbic system’s functionality (the hormonal and neurological seat of human emotions) is being manipulated by the primitive “reptilian” part of the brain as it increasingly dominates and controls the rest of the brain as the result of EMF exposure.

Here is Dr. Doepp being interviewed on the subject. He discusses how EMFs (he refers to EMF pollution as “electrosmog”) switch off and disrupt the brain’s normal healthy activities…
…and how mind control or manipulation is facilitated thereby. He says, also, that the effects of EMF pollution can thwart and stunt spiritual growth and development.
As part of his crusade to counteract the negative side-effects of increasing EMF pollution in our environment, Dr. Doepp has devised and teaches many different techniques such as switching our subconscious, mind control, and the importance of having a Human Firewall to protect and strengthen us. Here are some of his techniques for efficiently DE-switching the brain to EMF pollution damage.

De-switching techniques resemble old spiritual practices based on certain yoga systems found in Hinduism.
These spiritual practices work on improving the mind by enhancing the brain and activating the pineal gland inside the brain. They are powerful spiritual technologies for enhancing receptivity during meditation sitting practice. I consider them a form of intensive centering or grounding practice.

The following three-part video demonstrates how such spiritual technologies are applied in the practice of nada yoga.

Consider trying Dr. Doepp’s de-switching exercises to see if you can experience their health benefits. Observe if they enhance your meditation practice as well. We shall definitely welcome your feedback here.

About Marc of Contemplative Pathways

Marc teaches contemplative meditation in the context of "contemporary mysticism" under the style of "Contemplative Pathways." His spiritual work is backed by a profound understanding of mystical teachings and the mystical life, that is rooted in fifty (50) years of personal study, practice and spiritual unfoldment (inner realization and spiritual experience).  In the course of his spiritual journey, he has received the gifts of mystical discernment and spiritual transmission. Marc has been conducting classes and meetings on contemporary mysticism and meditation at the San Francisco Bay Area for over fifteen years, usually in a classroom, lecture, seminar, workshop, online meeting, or group practice setting. He has facilitated study groups and workshops for centering/contemplative meditation practice meetings since the 1980s. Marc's teaching work meaningfully shifts consciousness in students through the process of spiritual transmission and mystical transformation.  He enables others to embark on the spiritual journey by understanding the Truth teaching and by living its principles in their daily lives. His methodology of instruction is divinely inspired and firmly rooted in pure, authentic mysticism.  Marc's approach to the subject of contemporary mysticism is essentially nondenominational, nonsectarian, culturally interfaith, transreligious, definitively unitive, and unequivocally nondualistic. Within the context of the great shift in consciousness presently occurring all over the planet, Marc’s work focuses on individual and collective spiritual instruction and transformation. He promotes the practice of contemplation or meditation as the vehicle for spiritual transcendence and ascension to the higher dimensions of mystical consciousness. His other contributions to worldwide spiritual awakening and the global contemplative movement include spiritual mentoring, spiritual direction, and spiritual healing work. Marc is firmly committed to the vision of a global spiritual awakening and the divine promise of humanity’s mystical illumination. His brand of mysticism is the only true contemporary mysticism born of 21st century illumination and spirituality.
